Mizuno MX-100

$700.00 Released August, 2008

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Great forgiveness, lets you hit a little off-center and still goes straight. Great feel during the swing, balance is maintained throughout. Can take a fair amount of abuse without showing signs of wear.

The Cons:Not enough control for more advanced players. Doesn't offer much feedback upon striking the ball. Lacks power, shots don't go as far as with stiffer clubs.

The Mizuno MX-100 is a high-end golf iron set designed, as Mizuno claims, to be "one of the most forgiving iron sets ever made". A special hybrid design allows Mizuno to completely customize the irons and their specifications to fit the needs of any user.

The MX-100 features unique Y-tune technology which completely expands the "sweet area" of the club face all the way to the mallet toe which helps deliver enhanced forgiveness even on the worst mis-hits. Another unique MX-100 feature is attributed to the "Drop Down Crown" which allows the club to be bent to custom fit any users specifications. Mizuno recommends the MX-100 iron set for mid to high handicap players due to the enhanced forgiveness.
