The Mizuno MP-62 is a high-end golf iron designed as Mizuno claims to provide both "performance and innovation." The MP-62 iron is equipped with unique dual muscle technology; which means the club includes an outer weight pad which positions the center of gravity (COG) both lower and deeper and an inner weight pad that provides more sensitivity and power during a swing.

This dual muscle technology allows the MP-62 to provide what Mizuno claims to be "enhanced playability" and a more precise launch angle. Another MP-62 unique feature is the CNC milled pocket cavity; two deep indents milled into the club mallet which repositions the clubs total mass and deepens the center of gravity (COG) even more. Mizuno also claims that these unique performance features allow the club to produce long distance travel and increased launch angles even during a mishit.
