$1,000.00
Released February, 2010
The Pros:Provides golfers with a pleasing impact sound. More forgiving than previous generation Mizuno iron's. Won't find many irons on the market with more feel.
The Cons:Long irons can be challenging to hit. Can be very challenging to get the ball out of deep rough.
The Mizuno MP-58 is a better-player iron featuring a dual titanium design wherein the high-tech Titanium metal has been forged into the outer muscle of the iron to deliver a solid feel. Included are modified U-grooves that conform to the Condition of Competition 2010 and produce an ideal spin rate for maximum playability in any condition.

Plus the rolled leading edge, flattened mid-sole, and rolled trailing edge help ensure consistent striking ability from all types of lies. Also optimized is the impact, sound, and feel, which supposedly separate the MP-58 from other irons due to the extensive use of Modal Analysis during its construction. Additional features include a Dynamic Golf shaft, a Golf Pride grip, and a durable double-nickel chrome plated finish for elegance.
